Gnarled Witches Fingers
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp oil (vegetable)
1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 c of bread crumbs
Lettuce; shredded
4 cuts of chicken (boneless); halved
1 beaten egg
Black olives;pitted and cut into two lengthwise
Instructions:
Prepare a greased baking sheet. Set it aside.
Slice breast end part into five to form fingers, uncut portion serves as palm part). Sprinkle with all-pupose flour, submerge in egg then roll in crumbs thereafter.
For five minutes, broil every side ’til golden-brown color is achieved. Place olives on top of fingers tips (this will serve as nails). Arrange on top of lettuce before serving
